        This invitation to tender seeks to obtain the most effective and efficient business travel management services for the British Council China, as outlined in the Specification, Clause 7. This will comprise (but not limited to) both an online and an offline travel support service for our entire business needs. This includes an online booking tool, international and domestic air and hotel travel arrangements, car hire, rail and airport transfers and VIP assistance and visa processing. The British Council China is looking for a kind of package solution for China travel services mentioned above. The solution may deliver by 1 supplier or multiple suppliers based on overall evaluation of suppliers" proposals performed by panel team. The suppliers can bid for one or both lots and shall demonstrate expertise in delivering these services to a high standard, while offering excellent value for money.
